CARLTON SHEETS complaint by Alexee

I purchased the full program, and within the alloted time I returned it. However, I missed one of the cds (it was in my player) and when I sent the course back, I didn't get a reciept from the post office for the postage. As a result, CS company says that I didn't send it back and I owe them the full $249 for the course!!! They've turned it over to a collection agency, because I'm NOT paying for the *** thing, and now I'm getting calls, trying to get me to pay for something I don't have.

The so-called customer service people said they have no record of recieveing the box with all of the stuff in it----I'm screwed! You can't talk to anyone with any reason, they just keep telling me that I have to pay......,like *** I'm going to pay!

Oh yes, bought that scam about 5 years ago and it sits in my closet. I should have tried to return it like you. What a waste of money!
